Good question because I saw some feedback on the Amazon sight about that.

 

No problems there, even when it got dark. Still see fine and I already had tinted windows.

I pulled it out of the shop to find the coolant leak on the daughters grand cherokee. And I ordered the new windshield. It should be here in the next couple of days and it'll be on the road again.

I'm not sure brand or what model truck it is made for. It is not an mj specific topper. Just an old fiberglass topper my buddy had sitting around. I'm currently notching it to clear my cargo light. It will get painted to match the truck.

Update: I have moved back into the mj. I am driving it daily beginning tomorrow. Its finally back in service. I'm so excited I expect difficulty sleeping tonight.

Got fed up with not being able to see sh*t at night.

 

I did the Putco harness about a year ago and the results were underwhelming to say the least. The Truck-Lites are a night/day difference.

 

I give this mod a: "Why the hell did I wait so long??" out of 10.

Pulled a bunch of wires. Hooked up a few switches

pulled the carpet of the new truck back out of the pile it was under only to discover that the sun had faded it pretty bad around the trans tunnel.  I didn't notice that when I first yanked the carpet out.

Ripped out the broken vacuum heater control valve and got my heat working. Also hooked up the four note GM horns I grabbed at a junk yard the other week.

I replaced my original 1 hole injectors with the bosch 4 hole and upgraded the ECU. Noticibly better idle and throttle response

Took the wiper arms and wipers off of my wrecked 01 XJ and swapped them onto the 91 MJ.

Saturday I took out the tray my radiator overflow tank sits on and wire wheeled it and painted it black. It was looking bad from the coolant purges and bad caps over the years. Makes my Mac's aluminum tank look much better.
