  1. I would've happily paid 50K for it and had reached out to the dealership, but it had already sold. Love the build, but like you said the "seller" is taking credit for what? changing the wheels and adding some graphics lol... either way hope it goes to a good home! Thanks for sharing the build thread!
  2. I know this won MJOTM within the last couple years and there was an extensive build thread, but haven't been able to find it. Any chance it was removed? Any way amazing rig, wish I could afford it! 1989 Jeep Comanche MJ - Nut&Bolt RestoMod | Hazard Buildz
  3. Bump… still looking for SWB bed rails, thanks!
  4. I’ve seen it in person, and the pictures are an accurate representation of it’s condition 👍
  5. Ok thanks! The timing of this is terrible I just sold my house and was going to start moving stuff today. The trans mount looks to be ok. I tried to move the transmission and it wouldn’t budge. Might have to look into getting one of those REM units.
  6. The motor mounts and transmission mounts look fine as far as I can tell. Don’t see any cracks. The engine’s idle seems to be off and it vibrates more at or above 2000 rpms. The engine definitely seems to be stumbling though
  7. Haven’t had any issues like this before, but when my Comanche is idling the rpms fluctuate and when I give it gas the transmission stick shakes. I have a 5 speed AX-15. Any ideas on what I should be looking for?
  8. Do you have a set of the Comanche (lower case), 4x4 and a 4.0 Litre emblem in black available?
  9. Sent you a pm, thanks!
  10. Thanks lol!
  11. Depends on the neighborhood lol... it’s worth a shot, thanks!
  12. Looking for a pair of bed rails in good condition. Not sure what the asking price is for these, but if you have some that you’d consider selling, please let me know, thanks!
  13. Mine stick out in the front. Kinda was annoyed by it at first, but got over it. Now that I’m looking at it again I want to take them off lol
  14. Don’t think it’s 2” but they definitely aren’t even to the truck. Didn’t think to shim them wish I had done that now.
  15. I agree that the JCR sliders fitment leaves room for improvement. I have a set and they required a lot of modification for a “bolt on” slider. Would go a different route if I were to do it again.
  16. Wow! That is clean!! Nice rig 👍

  18. I sold a comanche Dana 44 for $500 a few months ago. All the axles previously mentioned are good candidates for a rear end swap. A lot of guys also run Ford 8.8 rear ends. They have the same bolt pattern, disc brakes and about the same WMS to WMS. Lot of options out there just depends on your budget and how much fabrication your willing to do. Good luck!
  19. Sounds good! Thanks! I only need a driver's side window at this point. I hear yah with the A/C mine isn’t working and I’d imagine the vent windows would help a lot in the summer months.
  20. Yeah I have 2 sets now that I’ve pulled and between both still don’t have a good pair. I have a passenger side that looks good. Mainly just need the driver’s side now. That’s an idea! I’ve heard of putting a coin between the latch and the window as a “fix” for the leaky windows.
  21. Bump
  22. I just tried to pay, and it said, “error the invoice had already been paid for...” any updates on this from you guys that were successful in having your purchase go through?
  23. Looking good! I’ve been following your build since you picked up the canopy. I swapped mine as well because there was too much of a blind spot with the older style.
  24. Thanks! Any chance you have the part number for those snap nuts? I wired them straight to the battery and have an aux switch in the dash to turn them on/off.
