  1. I'm really happy with them. New blind spot have been added. And it threw the topper on. Gotta keep the fishing poles dry..... I forgot to add there are a couple goodys ordered. Krustyballer hitch (ill show why during install) And it placed my preorder for a rem.
  2. General grabber atx in 31" flavor on my daily mj. Love them. Wouldnt hesitate to buy another set. Confident and stable handling for a 31" truck tire. Handles loads really well and has been able to walk out of all the off road situations I have put them in. My mj is not a wheeler by any means but does see the woods during firewood season. Tuesday I am having cooper at3's put on my wj. The wj is a pavement princess and will probably never see anything worse than an Indiana gravel road. Currently it has cooper discover ht's (on it when it bought it) they have good traction and road manners for a street tire too. Mine are dry rotting and need replaced.
  3. Pete drives the PT flavor of cruiser.
  4. Some of my stickers go on the back glass. The rest go to the tool boxes. If I sticker an automobile its only going on glass. I can't bring myself to put stickers over paint.
  5. Nice. Glad to see after all that, you got things sorted and taken care of. I once hauled a towdolly from NE indiana to KC missouri. Never again. They are sooooooo loud empty.......
  6. I don't know about a YJ boot but the outer shift boot is compatable from xjs
  7. Good chance it's 1 1/8” socket your after. That's what both my Dana axles (30/44) were. Sorry not sure on the joint size
  8. Awesome news. Congratulations.
  9. Upon close inspection you will notice I am wrong in my first diagnosis of a dirty TB. Look close at the cruise control cable and its orientation in the bracket. The servo cable is holding the throttle open. Unhooked it and ill is back to normal.
  10. Update: high idle has become constant, regardless of temp. I found this issue today. Time to clean a TB......
  11. Free tools are the best tools.
  12. Makes eyes burn......need bleach.....
  13. Installed the tow mirrors today. All went well. I was a nervous about drilling holes that wouldnt line up. So after several measurements and double checks in drilled a small pilot and much to my excitement it was on the money. Didnt take any pics in process but here they are installed. They will be coming back off to get painted black when the weather breaks. I also cleaned the door latches and regreased them while I was in the doors. Wow what a difference that made. The power locks work everytime the first time. No more hitting the unlock 6 times to unlock the passenger door. 1 and done.
  14. The measurements are correct. One set is pulled off of the front of the door and the other is from the front of the door handle. I measured everything 1000 times and drilled a small pilot hole. Installed the brace and shined a flashlight through to make sure I was lined up. After confirming location it was on to the step bit and install the mirrors. Pretty straightforward. Finished product pics are in my build thread. They will be coming back off to get painted in near future.
  15. Thanks pete now I need a winch and brushguard......
  16. I think thats a member truck. Or at least was. That pic seems really familiar
  17. Love it. Is that a stock xj actuator?
  18. Awesome. I will do some looking at mine and see if I can make sense of the braces.
  19. Never thought it would be this hard to get some measurements. Lol
  20. Trailer is less than ideal, but I would wager the limo is heavy enough to handle the load. Stopping it might be a little sketchy, especially in the snow...... Irony: towing the awd car on the trailer in the snow....
  21. Another Bump in the hopes we get an update. This was always one of my favorite builds.
