    Could you possibly get some measurements on the tow mirror holes? And if possible where the braces for the tow mirrors inside the door mount? I would also be interested in the flag mirror delete panels.

    I have not. I had kinda ruled out vacuum leaks with it idling good cold. Ill check it out....

    Yup. Did all that before I swapped this harness in. Am pretty sure ive fully cruserfied this truck except for a dizzy indexing.

    tps test values: 4.9V between terminals A/B .7V between B/C with throttle closed. Looks like it could use some adjustment but seems to be reading good when I sweep the throttle open it seems to be a nice smooth climb in voltage. Doesn't seem to jump around or blank out. Are the values far enough off I need to adjust it? Might be my cheap @$$ dvom also....

    Well I can rule out the intake bolts. Just checked them and all tight. I guess its on to testing the tps.....

    Didnt think about heat cycling. Ive had intake bolt issues with this truck before so its very plausible. Tps seems like it would be a constant problem even when cold.

    In the last week or so I have developed a high idle after the truck is warm. Everything is ok when cold. Once it starts to get even a little heat in the motor the idle settles in between about 1250 and 1500 and won't come down for nothing. Need suggestions. I'm pretty sure its a sensor issue somewhere.

    If memory serves it is the gsc-571. 1700lb payload 3+2 springs. They are available on the website.

    General spring built a special spring that wasnt listed on the website for a long time. Its the military wraps. They are now listed on their website I believe.

    I was concidering 33s then I started looking at mjs with 31s vs 33s. 31s fit the truck better.

    Is that grade 8 all thread?

    AW4 isnt worth the work. Better trans to be had for alot less work. I looked into that years ago for the cj. Ended up with a torqueflite.

    Chevy droop shackles will give you a small lift so I would assume stock chevys would either maintain ride height or lower it. However there may be other issues with this route such as bolt or spring clearance.

    Disclaimer: I'm not an expert and am asking for my education. Would it benefit from some diagonals below the tire carrier to the outside braces? Or is that just unnessecary weight? Something like this.

    The dash lights are the only thing I haven't swapped to led. Mostly because I like to dim mine like other said. Curious to see if we can find a dimmable source.....
