There are 2 bolts in the bottom of the door and bolts that go through the mirror also go through, and thread into the bracket. The bracket is important to stable mirrors at highway speeds.
New ecu is in. Big improvement in idle. Not sure about more overall power, but acceleration seems smother but that could be a placebo effect. Overall in thank it was a good improvement. Now if that pesky rem would show up......
Installed a brand new clutch h hydrailc system. I went with the full assembled and prebled system to eliminate any chance of old fluid ruining another master cylinder.
This is truly inspiring. Given the time and skills is would love to give my truck similar treatment some day. Wint be feasable until it gets retired from daily status. Unfortunately that day is approaching faster than I want. Lol. Be prepared for the day I pick your brain about body work. I will be following this build very closely. Your attention to detail is incredible. I am truly in awe of what some of you guys are capable of and only hope someday my MJ can look half as good as what you build.
Keep up the outstanding work and keep us updated.
Yeah. There is always a want for firewood around my place. I'm never caught up or done with that job and that's the way, uh huh, uh huh, I like it, uh huh uh huh.....
So I am awaiting a new clutch master, line, slave combo to arrive. And the mail carrier paid me an unexpected visit.
I knew it was on its way but unsure when it would arrive. Now I'm excited to get the clutch hydraulics fixed.....
Ive been thinking about it, I did change the line because I went to an external slave ax15 when it did the 4x4 swap. The while system was new. Apparently something isnt happy by the looks of the juice.
I think I might just swap the whole system again and try to stay up on flushing it periodically.
