if that is true (only a rule of thumb at best of course) it would make sense since those types of rides would be what's on the road and what's available for purchase to a kid when you first start to drive. lord knows my first cars/trucks weren't new.

are they different part numbers? I used my 88 clutch and pressure plate with my 00 AX-15.

I would try dropping the pan, replacing the filter and fluid, and see what happens. a loss of fluid in the TC would definitely cause drive-ability issues. but I'm not an expert on the automatics.

longer bumpstops are key to preventing rubbing. even with stiffer springs it's the bumpstops that prevent damage once the physics of motion come into play. I would do an AAL if the springs are saggy. or get new packs.

take note of what you have in the truck while you're driving around, and then imagine it flying out when you turn a corner. going doorless requires dedication to the cause. but as I always say, being cool requires sacrifice.

the only bars I've seen recently that could double as a step were custom creations or snagged from some other truck.

also, sometimes you need to be a bit patient before we can get closer to "the truth". meaning we gotta wait for all the court cases to wrap up. our system is pretty dang good if not a bit slow (for better or for worse). functional, but definitely slow.

I totally understand. but you shouldn't have much trouble selling them. but they are heavy to you need to focus on local advertising

being 8" wide, TJ Canyons are one of the best factory rims out there! ZJs were similar but had thinner spokes and were only 7" wide.

I can't see the clutch plates through the steel but I would replace it anyways since you're this deep into the disassembly. check on that pilot bearing too.
