bought a cover for my winch. no pics because, well, it's just a black neoprene winch cover. I'm sure you'll see it later on when I start work on the bumper. more pressing is now that I have the factory light bar I'm really torn about it vs a modern LED bar.

excellent. you may need to shim the arms to get some of your caster back at a 3" lift.

31s will fit fine. maybe a bit of rubbing on the lower control arms at full lock if running factory rims. shouldn't be that bad. does the fit you're looking at come with lower arms?

well, 20 years ago some random guy stopped by the house one day while I was puttering with my MJ and asked if I wanted to buy his for a dirt cheap. turned out to be a metric ton 86 with the AMC-20.

if you are lucky to have an amc-20, they should be 4.10s

not sure of that, but I'm not sure I'd want to go much faster in a TJ on burnt 40s I think he was on 5.38s? maybe the next step up, whatever that is. they were deeeeeep gears.

gears, gears , gears. hands down best bang for your buck. I once watched a TJ on 40s do an epic burnout with his stock 4banger. the right ratio will give your Jeep a big kick in the pants.

replacing the carrier requires re-setting up the gears. are you able to do that?
