I'm down for a new zipper hoodie in dark green. my old ones are showing their age. the main logo (with the truck) and the new ComancheClub (both in plain and in website form) are really the only images I have that are good enough quality to be used. the downside is it's also resistant to most chemicals, like paint. and the roofing stuff is just a sticky mess and it stays a sticky mess for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time. there are proper tools out there. use them.

I'd wager the color change is just from the camera and lighting on different days.

there's an 86 X nearish to me that is screaming my name but I don't have the $875 to listen. so I'm letting the rest of you know about it so hopefully someone can save it. It's just a 2.8/auto/2wd, but looks dang clean. I'm willing to lend a hand acquiring it and even temporary storage space to someone looking to restore it (drivetrain excluded obviously) and care for it. it was one of the first (if not the first) build like that. back in the day we only had a pic or 2 and there was great debate about its authenticity.

you'll need a whole new driveshaft to go with the SYE. but a SYE is a good strength upgrade if you have the cash.

well, my pumpkin was only partially rotted so I cut out the rot, laid it on its side and cut a face. close enough. or it would be if you weren't me. I then got bored and threw some paper in there which promptly melted the candle and lit all of the wax at once. neat! ended up with a pumpkin with a boiling, flaming cauldron in his head.

was the old spacer the right thickness? I had to adjust the shims a bit on my old 86 with the 2.8 when I replaced the starter.

pics would help. what is your caster set to? is the tire centered front to back in the wheel well?

yeah, I'm a bit confused. the odo goes with the body, not the engine.

what are your end goals? how skilled are you with a welder?
