  1. the VIN will be on the dash or on a tag in the engine bay.
  2. did you run a VIN check? I would not put it outside the realm of possibilities (dealerships did all sorts of things to get sales), but it was never officially offered in that configuration.
  3. how does the height of the seat in that configuration compare to the originals?
  4. interesting... verified with a vin check?
  5. after 10 posts the classifieds will open up to you.
  6. needs a bit of TLC but it should make a great little truck be sure to start a build thread
  7. yup. If I have to. trying to keep the budget in check.
  8. can't say I've seen pics like that in a build thread before nice!
  9. and the ones I've found so far were 2wd.
  10. some things never change. apparently this isn't the only complain letter against Ea-nasir found. original page: https://web.archive.org/web/20150310133210/http://anthropology.msu.edu/anp363-ss15/2015/03/05/customer-service-in-ancient-mesopotamia/
  11. I was wondering where your truck was. love it! and I'm more than happy to change the title if you want to.
  12. on the bigger side of this build, I'm now contemplating swapping in 4.10 geared axles (keeping IFS) from a 2.4 Libby. I mean, I'll have the entire suspension torn apart anyways when I do the lift, right? seems a no-brainer to me but finding a front 4.10 is an excruciating exercise in futility. It has to be from an 02-05 2.4L with 4wd. Seeing as they discontinued the 2.4 for 06-07, I can't imagine Jeep built too many of them.
  13. don't sweat it

  15. ahhhh, the wondrous sound of boost hey, now that there's a new heart in the beast, would you like to start a new Epic Tech thread?
  16. Stay strong, Don! We're all pullin' for ya
  17. got myself a mini light bar for the front bumper of the Libby, a fuse/relay box and some brighter bulbs for the roof lights.
  18. apparently ends tonight midnite PT https://www.ebay.com/rpp/december-dozen?mi_gen=M&mi_fm_seg=12&mi_dd_sub=0&placement-type=banner&mi_ff_sub=0&mi_u=43193674729&mi_date=20181215091000&co=7&TemplateId=20bd7dcc-f793-4bb5-a9d9-66a644ccc59c&TemplateVersion=224&campaign-id=90001&TrackingCode=32TE73001_T_AGM&run-date=20181215091000&crd=20181215091000&campaigncode=32TE73001_T_AGM&placement-type-name=banner.top.desktop
  19. all other things being equal (power availability, quality, space occupied, cost) I can't think of any reason to do 2 instead of 1. now, if it was substantially cheaper somehow, or you could fit more power into a non-standard space (I've seen a "second" battery done with 2 smaller batts tucked into weird spaces in a wrangler) then I could see it as an upgrade. But there needs to be an upgrade in there somewhere.
  20. I can understand that. but grounds and power are more common than a complete breakdown.
  21. If the box isn't melted, you might be able to re-pin it. if you're extra ambitious, you could even take lots of pics as you go and do a writeup for the DIY forum
  22. nice! is it the photo or is the clearance really that tight between the steering and the headers? what are you using for a rear axle?
