perhaps. two rods floating on the inside to the outside latches. if bent to much could not allow the clearance for the mechanical action to take place. but i think you try lubing it up and see how far that gets you.

you know i had this same shell it came on my little blue mj. had a crack in the roof but all the glass i think was good yet. i wonder about it now, as i may still be able to get to it if its sitting where i last remember. its on the farm though. ill check for the glass. i wonder if it be worth have the fiberglass work done.. not that I need a long bed shell as my aluminum one works. i did rather appreciate the head room room though with these versions. would be nice all lit up, with some carpet on the bed. good bit of weight on the rear as well. if that matters (it does)

went hunting for a couple days and come back with a bellhousing and clutch/flywheel. no deer yet.

wear fast. ran a set on my ford. had one blow out replaced and went to cali and back and was bald. they are cheap as to be cheap tire to get you by or just sell with "new tires". if wanted to be cheaper side look into treadwright.com good reviews.
