  1. if you do start making them, feel free to put together a DIY thread or even a post in the vendors section
  2. make sure they are DOT acceptable. while we're talking headlights, have you done the relay upgrade yet?
  3. try swapping the hazard pot with the turn signal pot. check for power coming out of the brake switch.
  4. does anything work when you turn on the hazards? what do you mean by "illuminated red"
  5. that sucks. I hate thieves
  6. good stuff!
  7. can't wait for springtime
  8. that bites glad you're ok.
  9. 90s dakota benches are way more comfortable if you can fab the floor bracket adapters. welcome to the addiction
  10. so glad to see you're back in the saddle again.
  11. everything you need, nothing you don't. looks like it'll be a sweet life once you can move in for good.
  12. could be a combination of mild slop throughout the system. maybe it's time to jack up all four corners on stands, fire it up and put it in drive. fwiw, my libby has has a thunk in the rearend its entire life and there is fair bit of slop in the rear axle if you hand-turn the rear shaft. makes a thud you can feel as you let off the throttle. never gotten worse in 10 years. It doesn't make a noise though, just a sensation you can feel.
  13. we're happy to help. too bad I can't seem to fix the ones and zeros that are messing up your old screen name. I thought about merging them, but hesitate til the original issue is resolved.
  14. I mean, without disassembling anything, reach in with a giant screwdriver or small crowbar and try to wiggle/pry the front axle's axle shafts around at the ujoints.
  15. moved it to the tech forum so more eyes will see it
  16. did you reach in and shake the axle shafts looking for play?
  17. nice! haven't heard that tip yet.
  18. I elongated mine with a grinder rather than drilled them out.
  19. yup. they changed the integration of some of the pieces in 91.
  20. dang. I was curious if that would work. oh well, at least you've got a plan.
  21. yes. the single injector is know to leak and dribble gas into the throttle body causing poor mpgs or bad emissions.
