Third how does it get into/out of the parking lot or onto/off a trailer?  Would need some really long ramps.

Could be for drug smuggling operations, hence the lack of a license plate and it's otherwise incognito appearance.  Or......"trunking" in water for domestic consumption?

I can't imagine the little tires make it street legal.    they certainly don't let it fit in the garage.  maybe he's still building it?  no driveshafts yet.

I see it now. I need to brush up on my Triumphs. My grandpa had a TR-6 when he was in the Navy in Scotland. I’ve heard some cool stories about that car.
