entirely possible. maybe the old one stopped working? maybe they found one with a lower mileage before selling it? (fun fact: the mileage is totally adjustable!) also possible it's a hiccup in the spreadsheet. a ton of information was lost way back when before it got into chrysler's computers (the story we hear is that there was a flood in the basement where records were kept) and so the build sheets have both missing bits and errors.

truer words were never spoken. we're paying for every single person in the hospital. ever single workplace closure. every person that can't work due to the debilitating side effects they incurred. this is a global pandemic. people getting sick costs this country serious money and people who aren't vaccinated are by far the largest group getting really sick. it all comes back to us. we are paying for it. every penny. I'm sure most of you know my mom was in an accident recently. went to the hospital to get scans that showed brain bleeding. the only reason she got a room in the ICU was because one of the covid people died earlier that day. the kid in the other car had to go in for surgery, but by the time he was out of the ER, my mom had already taken that last room and so he was shipped via ambulance all the way to a different hospital that had some space. then 2 days later mom needed to go to stepdown but ended up being trapped in the same ICU room (thereby denying anyone else who really needed it) because there were no available stepdown rooms, once again due to the plethora of covid patients. what do you think this costs us? none of those people in the hospital are going to pay their substantial bill so it comes back to the rest of us via taxes or via health insurance premiums. the longer this goes on, the more it costs us. the shot is free and safe and plentiful. get it. or at the very least, please stop any efforts at preventing others from getting it.

if you don't like big Guv, you can totally leave them out of it. there are places down here that will gladly give you a shot with no paperwork or questions asked. you get protection and the government doesn't know a thing about it.

an easy way to tell is to pull it out and see if it's made in Japan (good) or Korea (not so good). the AUX is the only upgrade to them, and then you plug a bluetooth dongle into that AUX cord to give your BT connectivity.

there's no good reason to not get your shots. it is safe, and it is effective at keeping you safe. please stop getting your healthcare info from non-healthcare people. ask your doctor and listen to him/her.

being vaccinated helps your body fight it faster and thus prevent serious complications and shortens the time you are contagious. it doesn't make you the boy in the bubble. if you have tested positive, you should be wearing a mask inside your house and trying to distance yourself from your wife for a few days. just because you might have gotten a good roll of the dice doesn't mean she will also. there's no good reason to not get your shots.

after weeks of refreshing various Firefox tabs, fighting with insurance companies to actually get our check to the bank, and talking to sales people ad nausium, I found my folks a white R/T in Ohio that's close enough to fit the bill. the good news is that it's officially theirs. down payment has been sent. the bad news is that it's still "in transit". with no set day of arrival. based on other trucks I've watched go from "being built" to "in transit" to "on dealer lot", I'd say later this week. then we just gotta go fetch it. I'm both glad and disappointed that new trucks are being made and I no longer need to contemplate a trip to Sacramento or Montana. would have been a heck of a road trip! fun fact, if you live in GA and buy from OH, you get the incentives that are available in GA, not OH. worked out well for us and saved more cash than OH would have been. generic stock photo:

upsidedown pics are usually because of the way that some devices/softwares "remember" the correct orientation of the photo, but other devices have no idea what the little tag means. it happens. you can upgrade from a 3/4 cluster to a full cluster simply by swapping in an 87-90 full cluster. (guys with idiots light clusters will also need to swap out the oil pressure and water temp switches for the gauge-appropriate sending units) so all of Cruiser's MJ tips. they are mostly wiring related and cover a lot of the known common issues. the link in my sig should have his ink.
