take very good care with that rubber trim. they aren't available new. you can also just ignore it. doesn't hurt anything as long as the upper bit doesn't collect tree particulates.

I've seen your window brand fit flush to the cab, so I think this is more an issue with your installer.

is the foam material saturated? is it dripping down to that spot, or oozing up from the foam? literally anything and everything that could leak, has leaked for someone. the windshield is always a prime suspect.
