wake up call

We got 6-8” of snow here on thanksgiving day. I was shoveling my moms driveway and my wife came out and yelled at me to let the teenagers do it instead of my 55 yr old butt. It is harder work than I remember but it hasn’t snowed this much for 10 years around here.
take it easy and recover. We need ya around here.

Best regards good sir.

To those that shovel snow, it isnt the shoveling per say that gets you, its the fact of it being colder out. The cold weather makes it harder on our bodies when we do work in it. So yes work smarter and not harder in the cold no matter what your doing.

Tougher than ever.

I've lost 25 pounds. Blood pressure is under the 120/80 benchmark.

I have more energy. My eyesight improved. Less aches and pains.

Thanks for asking.

Good to hear. We need to keep the Renix knowledge strong.

Good news! Hard to believe how a few extra pounds can change how you feel.

You are coming up on a year since you frightened us all. How are you a year later? How many of those 25 stayed off?

Lost a total of 30 pounds. Still keeping it off. No problem. Feeling even better.

I've gone to a naturopath/MD and have been able to ditch some of my meds, most of them, energy level and stamina increased further.

Had to get new glasses to compensate for better vision!!

That hasn't happened in over 50 years!!

I am on a completely plant based diet. I love it. I get to eat a lot and stay at an ideal weight.

My wife is totally onboard and cooks up great stuff.

Forks Over Knives is something to look into.

And, thanks for asking!!

Your determination, focus and discipline served you once again. I will ask again in a year to keep you honest to your healthy lifestyle
