1989commanche
We got 6-8” of snow here on thanksgiving day. I was shoveling my moms driveway and my wife came out and yelled at me to let the teenagers do it instead of my 55 yr old butt. It is harder work than I remember but it hasn’t snowed this much for 10 years around here. take it easy and recover. We need ya around here. MiNi Beast
Best regards good sir. To those that shovel snow, it isnt the shoveling per say that gets you, its the fact of it being colder out. The cold weather makes it harder on our bodies when we do work in it. So yes work smarter and not harder in the cold no matter what your doing. strictlyxjs
I'm glad you ate doing well. I'm finding your tips helpful even on my 86. Cleaning up that pesky ground behind the tailight fixed a few issues for me.

cruiser54
Lost a total of 30 pounds. Still keeping it off. No problem. Feeling even better. I've gone to a naturopath/MD and have been able to ditch some of my meds, most of them, energy level and stamina increased further. Had to get new glasses to compensate for better vision!! That hasn't happened in over 50 years!! I am on a completely plant based diet. I love it. I get to eat a lot and stay at an ideal weight. My wife is totally onboard and cooks up great stuff. Forks Over Knives is something to look into. And, thanks for asking!!
