1989commanche Posted December 5, 2019 Posted December 5, 2019 We got 6-8” of snow here on thanksgiving day. I was shoveling my moms driveway and my wife came out and yelled at me to let the teenagers do it instead of my 55 yr old butt. It is harder work than I remember but it hasn’t snowed this much for 10 years around here. take it easy and recover. We need ya around here.
cruiser54 Posted December 8, 2019 Author Posted December 8, 2019 Doing great after a week. Worked 10 plus hours a day Monday through Thursday, and 8 hours on Friday. I really haven't felt this good in years!!!!

MiNi Beast Posted December 9, 2019 Posted December 9, 2019 Best regards good sir. To those that shovel snow, it isnt the shoveling per say that gets you, its the fact of it being colder out. The cold weather makes it harder on our bodies when we do work in it. So yes work smarter and not harder in the cold no matter what your doing.

cruiser54 Posted November 29, 2020 Author Posted November 29, 2020 Lost a total of 30 pounds. Still keeping it off. No problem. Feeling even better. I've gone to a naturopath/MD and have been able to ditch some of my meds, most of them, energy level and stamina increased further. Had to get new glasses to compensate for better vision!! That hasn't happened in over 50 years!! I am on a completely plant based diet. I love it. I get to eat a lot and stay at an ideal weight. My wife is totally onboard and cooks up great stuff. Forks Over Knives is something to look into. And, thanks for asking!!
