onebigmj
You really like red 😂. You should start a build thread for the tow rig. That looks like an entire build on its own.

TEAM CHEROKEE ARE LYING SCUMBAGS.  Now that I got that out of my system, it's just a standard evaporator core, not any heavier duty than OEM, and it will not come with a gasket. I'm also pretty sure it's for a right-hand drive XJ, as the input and output tubes are offset in the opposite direction from the original. That said, the expansion valve and lines still fit just fine for me, but I'm still a little salty about the false advertising in that ad. I'm also a little leery to recommend A/C parts that have sat uncapped on a shelf for 20 years. Mine had no caps on it when it arrived. They should be vacuum (or nitrogen) sealed with caps on the lines until right before the expansion valve is put on.

Didn’t even know the existed  I'm still a newbie MJ owner, and I asked several experts ...but this is only one that has ever been heard about. Feel pretty honored to have for this project, although it's pretty useless in function.  Here it is with good cleaning, plastic prep & couple coats of SEM:    Team GW Team Cherokee etc... Years ago learned about the business practices, they do seem to come across good stuff but it's buyer beware. Forget about getting customer service if needed, they won't even take picture of item if you want to buy it. JimB
Did you ever figure out what was causing the chirping? FYI mine would do the same thing. Found the rubber in the harmonic balancer had gone bad. The HB had shifted and was barely touching the timing chain cover. (After changing idler pully, water pump.)
