Decided to put the rear sliding window switch in the cup holder so I made a switch panel for it.

a-yup.   thank goodness the truck isn't from the salt-belt and the rot is mostly just the floor and isn't in the frame or rockers.

Added a set of aftermarket louvers that I’ve had for over 10 years to the power slider. I didn’t like how they fit so I added additional mounting points at the corners.

Decided to finally go the antenna delete route with the NOS antenna hole cover PN 56001184.

I had a set of bed rail covers from a 2014 Ram 3500 long bed.

I used a chop saw with a fine tooth blade to cut them down.

The truck came with a tool box that I wanted to remove but someone painted the truck and could not bother to remove the tool box. More effort to cover the box than remove one bolt from each side.

I used 3 rows of 3M red tape to attach them. No reason to drill more holes.

Some year when I go back to the original color, I will get rid of the rope cleats on the side of the bed. They painted around them also!
