I have a 1988 Comanche with the 4.o automatic. I replaced the AC condenser and heater core and before having the AC recharged I want to replace the dryer or accumulator as RockAuto calls it. The one I received does not have a electrical connector on it but the one in my truck does. All the dryer pictures on RockAuto don't have the electrical connector. Do I need the connector? If so a part number for the correct part would be great. Also replacing some of the AC lines, what is the one called that goes from the lower port on the condenser to the dryer? Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks guys! I used 3 rows of 3M red tape to attach them. No reason to drill more holes. Some year when I go back to the original color, I will get rid of the rope cleats on the side of the bed. They painted around them also!

I had a set of bed rail covers from a 2014 Ram 3500 long bed. I used a chop saw with a fine tooth blade to cut them down. The truck came with a tool box that I wanted to remove but someone painted the truck and could not bother to remove the tool box. More effort to cover the box than remove one bolt from each side.

I installed 2" lift up front with adjustable track bar and upper and lower control arms on my 1988 MJ. The adjustable control arms are not needed with a 2" lift but it was the fastest way to replace the old bushings. All suspension and steering items have been replaced including the steering box. 38 years is a long time! Went with a 265/75/16" Nitto Ridge Grapler AT and put 1.5" wheel spacers in the rear to match the front. No clearance issues in the front with this size tire. Next is to Fluid Film every inch under it to keep it rust free.

Today I installed 2 pair of 6.5" Kenwood speakers and used Boxy Jeep's brackets for the rear cab corners. Great to be able to put a bigger speaker back there and not see them but you sure do hear them! I wanted Apple CarPlay and Walmart sells this cheap $150 unit and so far it is working great. A dremel made quick work of opening up the dash.

Spent time today to soundproof the inside. Inside of the doors are done also. Adding new carpet to clean up the inside.
