Had this girl walk up while I was changing out the blower resistor in my truck today. Whole herd was just in the trees up above the outcropping. Heard a bull bugling down the street too, figured I shouldn’t stick around much longer.

speaking of little guys, this is my official li'l helper while I re-redo his folks' kitchen. :D  he's not capable of pulling the trigger, so he makes little wrrrrrrrrr noises when he works. :grinyes:

He wandered up, rooted around in the bottom of the hedge for a bit, then must have caught a whiff of one of the does I’ve seen wandering around because he took off on a mission with his nose in the air.

I’ve seen a fox or two cruising around a bunch too, but they’re pretty camera shy, don’t really stick around for long.

most of my 12hr drive was rain, dark, fog or usually some combination of the 3.  traffic was light though, so that helped.  definitely had the radar assist on for all this.
