what does the other coil look like?

I want to say it's roughly 5" diameter. but I'm in michigan at the moment and have nothing here to measure. lol. but I'll check when I get back tomorrow. is the coil spring retainer there? is it clamping the end of the coil?

nice! it sure looks the part. a lot of Jeep guys are going to look at it and not be quite sure what's different.

I fabbed a piece of flatbar into my trans-side pivot point. you just need that hole floating in space in the right location for the rod.

now's the time to contemplate a better gear ratio (or finding axles with them) since you have an overdrive.

guys seem to be happy with the Azzy one. gotta ask Azzy to be sure if it's universal for the 2.5 and 4.0, but I think it is.

the handle is the same, the body-side pivot bracket should be the same (someone correct me if I'm wrong there), the links themselves are adjustable and so will likely work, but the trans-side pivot bracket on the AW4 is not the same as the bracket on an AX-5. so you'll want to track one down. but you can skip all this and get the aftermarket t-case shifter instead.

pretty sure everything is expensive these days.

does the tip of the long visor go past the halfway point in the middle? that definitely shouldn't happen.

yup, there are 2 different lengths of sunvisors. early vs late years if I remember right.

test for leaks before you get any further.
