  1. Shipping shows 100+ for me..
  2. Unless you mount the rad more forward than factory, there is no room to install the fan on the WP like most other vehicles.
  3. So, is shipping actually what it states on the site? Kinda kills the deal for me, considering I still need to buy stuff to finish my 4wd swap.
  4. Gears are definitely necessary. 3.55's would help in comparison, but not ideal for 31's. If they are plug n pray, do it for now. I have 32's and 3.73's in my 4.0L/manual MJ. It does decent on the highway and depending on 'grade' I lose a couple mph unless I downshift. But when in 4th I can easily hold 70+ without WOT. I'm sure that the engine is probably tired-ish but never lets me down. I do want more gear. But it works for now. I'm thinking 4.56's as I may go taller
  5. Ford F150 shackles. More info and PN around here somewhere
  6. Update: Bought a 4WD AX-15, should be sometime next week. Installed H4 housings and hella 80/100 bulbs. Re-installed my led cube "fog lights", found a stock apparatus with fog switch so I wired them to that. Buying a matching pair of tires to replace the worn ones I have up front. I currently work (6) 10's per week, but hoping to have my WJ D30 prepped to install in the next couple of weeks. Thinking about purchasing the IM4x4 chromoly WJ steering.
  7. Hurst t handle shifter. Was around 15$ when i bought on amazon IIRC.
  8. There's a chart around here somewhere.
  9. Location? I have a nice set of the later model steel wheels with center caps I could part with
  10. Are your straight pipes all the way back? And why failmaster?
  11. Carquest sells adapter lines. My plan is to use those and unions to connect to factory lines.
  12. I almost think making the opening more circular and using flexy flares would look good.
  13. I'll see if I can find it. But I know there's at least one thread on naxja. Probably here too.
  14. If you are not already on NAXJA, look for the thread titled "George" In the NorthWest Chapter
  15. Novak is cable, and aftermarket shifter stick. Boostwerks uses a heim/allthread straight linkage direct from stock shifter to modified lever at the t-case. I'm going to go boostwerks on my MJ, when I do 4WD swap, and will at some point on my XJ. Minus the new t-case side lever, you could source allthread and heim joints local. But, for the price of the kit I think it's worth it.
  16. I've got a couple NIB Dorman ones, good for 87-96 XJ, so 87-92 MJ. DOR 511-103 These typically list anywhere between $140 and $200. But I got mine for a good price, so if you are interested PM me and we can talk.
  17. Intake side EGR thread size : 7/8-18 I picked up plug MTM 65231. Should be found at any local parts store or online.
  18. I used ZJ brake cables.
  19. I used some chinexican harness off amazon, and just removed the switch from it and connected to a factory switch. I need to get a bulb to illuminate fog light symbol, but the small light in the switch illuminates when lights are turned on.
  20. IIRC, IRO or RK make a joint style replacement 'bushing? With a 1/2" hole
  21. Synergy/poly performance sell a 1.5 wide adapter.
  22. Bilsteil 7100 come in lots of different valving, and can be rebuilt.
  23. Usually cheaper to have a ds shortened. There is a chart for ds lengths around. Find your combo and find the length. Maybe measure to confirm. Or just install a front ds and drive it to the shop in 4wd
  24. It's basically GM column. Pretty much any pre95 XJ column, MJ, 80's GM vehicles etc.
