I would check your heater hoses and the heater valve. If those are good and operational then look at the core and see if it’s all plugged up. Also the vacuum line that controls the valve could’ve cracked and disintegrated over the 30 years being in the heat of the engine bay

Well I have some good news. There’s 182 hinges left and 82 at dealers. Front and rear doors are not the same hinges. Part number-5014090AA.

You could always buy one of those 4.0 vacuum harness kits that is made and harvest the part you need. That’s how I completely rebuilt my 2.5 harness.
