  1. They are vinyl but really cheap to make, I've had them on for a week now and have not had any issues with the lights on but I believe that they probably will brake down at some point.
  2. Bumping this Along with the decal above(which I still need to get ahold of that company, just been lazy) would anyone like these produced for any of their aux/fog lights? They aren’t big. About an inch tall and inch and a half long. They aren’t made by me but have access to get them.
  3. Glad you got her going again. I learned the same about a year ago. Even with the driveshaft in the way you can still service every part of the fuel tank without dropping anything at all. Its almost like it was designed by lazy but smart and cheap people.
  4. Thank you gentlemen and Mike, they were NOS but they were just too awesome to not put on! I love it, a lot more of what I have done and added pops out at you now and doesn't blend with its age. Still need to put on the running boards, looks lifted without them.
  5. My grandfather(not the one who owned LR) had a ‘03 and then had an ‘07? He traded his ‘03 for a newer but unique color code tundra but either never let him down. He took such good care of them that they still looked new on both in and out. They are pretty damn good and reliable. He never had a problem and always had took them to the dealer to be serviced. Never had an issue at all.
  6. Alright. Since I’m or side decorating for the holidays. Might as well show y’all before the Pioneer decal goes on.
  7. This is what I sent him: I had a selec-trac but sold it to another member.
  8. So I would say Little Red is about 80% complete. Everything is now back on except the decals, running boards, tailgate cover, bed mat and the door panels. I like the paint and the job we did. Not factory perfect but still. Course she looks like a red brick with white walls and 15" aluminums right now. I'm impressed with myself that I got all the nameplates in or close to the factory locations. I love it! I think I should probably polish up the paint first before the decal but that will see if the decal gets put on tomorrow or not. Also a spectacular and my favorite touch is these decals: I asked my girl to whip me up a couple AMC logos with her vinyl cutter and she delivered. When I went to get the Cargo lamp and switch plate the other day, I was greeted by another member(MJCARENA) who was selling those parts on CL. He likes the decals but told me I cheated but still liked them and called them a nice touch to the lamps. New things to install/do: vanity mirror visor, cargo lamp bezel(will cut and splice with fog), AMC radio(still), fuel tank hose to cannister, spray in liner, newer drivers side mirror. I think that's it, for now.
  9. It’s been a while since I have heard from him but I can assure you that what he has been working on is a surprise to be sure but a welcome one.
  10. Sounds good. I may just end up doing the new door handle route.
  11. On the fuse box. Big rectangle box closest to the wall on the drivers side kick panel. It will either be blue or black
  12. Ok. I see. Someone must’ve snagged it. Sorry about that. 1987-56000173. Supersedes to 56002521. There are three left. 1988-01. 56002857 goes to 56002858 goes to 55036328. None are left. I would oil it first just to try it and then move on from there.
  13. You can try pulling it out and dabble some oil on the shaft and spin it to work the oil in. Probably some where from 93 down to 84 will work for a replacement OEM blower. There’s also a NOS blower on eBay(I think it’s still there)if you want to go that route.
  14. What kind of shape is all the rubber in? Motor mounts and suspension rubber. I don't know if that is your answer but it is a place to start checking. Having any of the rubber mounts and stuff worn out can lead to stuff like you describe. Someone else might chime in to give an idea to check.
  15. Exactly! Its perfect!
  16. Lol, I don't know why but ive been hooked on saying it lately. A lot better than saying S**t ton.
  17. Wow, that's damn clean for a NY MJ. 18. Cruiser, glad you are alright. But this reminds me of the story of an old man who used a flame thrower because he didn't want to shovel 20 tons of white BS.
  19. That’s the belt not buckled buzzer. There’s a hum that happens just before you start the truck. Have someone either turn the key or get under the fuel tank and listen for the pump to prime.
  20. Well. You ain’t working on a Jeep unless there is blood and swearing.
  21. You said you replaced the fuel sending unit. Did you replace the pump? When turning the truck on do you hear the pump prime for a second or two? Have you tested for spark as well? CPS is known to be a culprit for non firing conditions.
  22. I think you're right on that krusty. If you do have a set let me know. Surprisingly when I was looking at the catalogue today, There is one dealer who has the tube bumper bracket for the right side but not the left. I might call them and ask.
  23. I wonder what the heck even has a 4.78 ratio.
