  1. Looks clean. I like it. Welcome
  2. 88XJ Electrical Manual shows Low Washer Fluid is powered up by the Radio Fuse. 88MJ Electrical Manual doesn't show this. Not much information in either manual to help anyone. Minuit photo of dash (Low Washer) show bulb is in a different location than that of the 88MJ Manual. I think (since its there) Engine Harness is equipped, IP Harness is not.
  3. Do T/S, wipers work with the key in the ACC position? Welcome to the Forum.
  4. You mean it doesn't have the connector pinouts with circuit names? Because that's true, but as a example, go to page_56, find C118 for callouts. Page_63 for interior lights. Does this help?
  5. Since you know the connect number, do you have a copy of the 88 Electrical Manual?
  6. Its no where to be found. Over time I figured it out. That why I said "double check it".
  7. You should double check this. C157 Body harness side. A: Right Stop/Turn B: Tail lamps (running) C: Fuel gauge D: B/U lamps E: Left Stop/Turn F: Fuel Pump
  8. Using a testlight, connect the clip end to Battery Positive (B+). Probe D2_3 with other end. LAMP ON: P or N LAMP OFF: all other positions.
  9. Upper right hand corner of screen. Click on USERNAME. Click on ACCOUNT SETTING. Click on SIGNATURE. Add INFO: YR, ENG, TRANS, etc, etc.
  10. I know early years (87-88) ECUs are being replaced by later years ECUs (yes, more pep). Need a parts guy to check part numbers for 89 ECUs and 91 ECUs. May be the same.
  11. The ECU has what's known as a 5vdc Supply Circuit (Network) for varies engine control sensors. But I believe the ECU uses 5.12vdc voltage regulator to control this.
  12. That's interesting. Maybe linkage between Key Cylinder and IGN SW or IGN SW adjustment. Anyone know DIY for IGN SW adjustment is, I can't seem to find it?
  13. Mechanical question (Key Cylinder to IGN SW). With everything connected back up, back to normal, does engine CRANK over when key is in the START position? If yes, then OPEN circuit between C103_E and C267_I1 (YELLOW wire).
  14. Disconnect C103. On the IGN SW side of the harness measure for voltage at C103_E, KEY ON (IGN SW connectors connected). Problem with C103 is C105 looks the same (6_pin). C103 will have YELLOW wire in cavity E.
  15. Yes As long as C267 and C268 are reconnected at the IGN SW.
  16. Missed your response yesterday. Not paying attention. jdog got the next step: C213_A (YEL)
  17. D1_5 is HOT at all times. Circuit GOOD. Should retest again. Re verify.
  18. Using that jumper on the IGN SW connectors bypasses the switch. I think you got a faulty Ignition Switch.
  19. Jumper at the IGN SW connectors. Measure at D1_2.
  20. At the IGN SW connectors, jump C268_B3 to C267_I1. Measure for voltage at D1_2. That one of three way the brake light finds ground (G1 is bulb check during crank).
  21. Those double green and double white wires confirms it.
