‘92 Eliminator - A Journey Begins

Looks clean. I like it. Welcome -
88XJ Electrical Manual shows Low Washer Fluid is powered up by the Radio Fuse. 88MJ Electrical Manual doesn't show this. Not much information in either manual to help anyone. Minuit photo of dash (Low Washer) show bulb is in a different location than that of the 88MJ Manual. I think (since its there) Engine Harness is equipped, IP Harness is not.

No turn signals or wipers

Do T/S, wipers work with the key in the ACC position? Welcome to the Forum. -
Using a testlight, connect the clip end to Battery Positive (B+). Probe D2_3 with other end. LAMP ON: P or N LAMP OFF: all other positions.

Upper right hand corner of screen. Click on USERNAME. Click on ACCOUNT SETTING. Click on SIGNATURE. Add INFO: YR, ENG, TRANS, etc, etc.

That's interesting. Maybe linkage between Key Cylinder and IGN SW or IGN SW adjustment. Anyone know DIY for IGN SW adjustment is, I can't seem to find it?
-
Mechanical question (Key Cylinder to IGN SW). With everything connected back up, back to normal, does engine CRANK over when key is in the START position? If yes, then OPEN circuit between C103_E and C267_I1 (YELLOW wire).
-
Disconnect C103. On the IGN SW side of the harness measure for voltage at C103_E, KEY ON (IGN SW connectors connected). Problem with C103 is C105 looks the same (6_pin). C103 will have YELLOW wire in cavity E.
-
Yes As long as C267 and C268 are reconnected at the IGN SW.

Using that jumper on the IGN SW connectors bypasses the switch. I think you got a faulty Ignition Switch.

At the IGN SW connectors, jump C268_B3 to C267_I1. Measure for voltage at D1_2. That one of three way the brake light finds ground (G1 is bulb check during crank).

Those double green and double white wires confirms it.
