Doubt it, but a good local shop with a mandrel bender should be able to make one.

I may still have my mini console.

Using a 2001 key in a 92 Column
Crash replied to SBpunk's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
You old lock cyl will work in new doors -
I use a 34/78. Which is dual terminal. Useful for addon accessibility. It's actually 800 cca and 1000 ca. You can even see that in your pic FYI.

Not much to update. I enjoy DD'ing my MJ. Still 2WD, since trans went out in my XJ. Priorities.. Anyways my gf and some friend enjoy pumpkin carving. Didn't know what to create so I found this template online. I just looked at the pic and winged it.

Cummins B3.3 Powered Mj Build!
Crash replied to krustyballer16's topic in MJ Hardcore Tech: Epic Journeys to Greatness
Well, considering the AW4 in our XJ/MJ is a very similar variant to the auto that Toyota used in their TT Supra's, rebuilt (maybe even stock pending condition) should handle just fine. Bellhousing/flexplate adapter would be the biggest issue.- 299 replies

Pick a color, other than white to paint your truck. I personally like orange, so more than likely that is what my MJ will be eventually. I also like desert sand, which is more than likely what my XJ will be. As far as factory colors, I like the PG8 "Forest green" that my current fenders and header panel are on my XJ. Not a huge fan of white, silver, or red. A gunmetal, graphite, or darker grey-ish color would look nice.

Hellcreek leafs in your flavor of choice combo with extended shackle. I wouldn't run anything lower quality than RE in the front. That leaves many options though. The RE 4.5 coils can be had on amazon for about 85-90 to your door. For anything above 3" I recommend better than factory control arms up front. 4.5 or more, definitely consider drop brackets. Or long arms.

For those that "heard" that door lock cyl do not swap between early and late model.. false! I have late model XJ doors on my MJ, that have the factory single-sided GM key lock cyl. Since most of the vehicles I have owned have had 2 separate keys, I do not mind much. But, a single same-style key would be nice. I have a new complete set of matching lock cyl to swap into my XJ. Pass. side door has always been missing the lock cyl since I have owned it. Maybe, when I get to the point of swapping them I will see if I can key them the same as my ign. key.

I guess, pending condition and what other money you need to throw at it. If you can find a complete HP30 geared accordingly isn't turrable.

Installed my DBO stubby bumper w/ receiver, and Nates4x4 steering box brace. https://goo.gl/photos/Hhkt6NjA5w7pt4iz8 https://goo.gl/photos/hVWVjxC6xLtW22D57 What a difference it makes, running an aftermarket brace vs the stock POS when it comes to bolting the box back up.

Also, making sure that your MJ load sensing valve is adjusted/working properly will help. IIRC, MJ's did not come with a prop valve. I run an Exploder F8.8, no other change to brakes yet. Works good. -

If you are "restoring" and going "all original", it makes sense to want to run the POS stock linkage. On the other hand, if you want something that works for a reasonable price then the boostwerks.com linkage makes WAY more sense. I'm sure whomever the future owner may be will appreciate it more than you think. Both? I'm not sure what you mean.

Are you actually restoring it, or fixing it up?

Harness is on the way to OP.

What motor oil are you guys using?
Crash replied to big66440's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Valvoline VR1 Racing oil has zddp in it.. There are also additives that you can buy as well. Really? Not sure if there was sarcasm, or if you were serious. But it says it on the bottle.. Since I work at a Ford dealer currently, I think I will use some Motorcrap.. I mean, craft oil since I get it for a reasonable price. Been tempted to use some of the 10W30 Super Duty diesel oil. But might stick with the 15W40. -
