  1. The guy on e-Bay is autographixdesign. I bought a set from him about 2 1/2 years ago and still have not put them one the MJ.
  2. That looks like the Mach 5's front end

    Wow. . .

    But he went RED.
  4. No Bud Light Lime, my neighbor works for a beer distributor and keeps us well stocked with mostly California micro-brews (no, not the flavored pansie stuff). Thanks for the well wishes guys.
  5. Jack up the truck, support the body and let the front axle drop as far as possible, I had to disconnect the steering stabilizer or was it the track bar and maybe the starter but not the exhaust on my 4.0 4x4. It's been a while.
  6. What a difference 2 weeks makes, she got her sutures out and has no clue she almost died.
  7. That's the challenge of it!!! Here's mine, Thunderhill Raceway Park, Willows CA Check out that sweet Mini Cooper :rotfl2: and a Ford GT something...??? and a Lotus
  8. Did someone say MOPAR?
  9. I like the "New style teacup place" :rotf:
  10. Not sure if this will help but here it is.
  11. Very nice. 27K, that's a lot 1/4 mile passes.
  12. A lot of people prefer to wheel the short beds vs. the long beds. I had an intermittent fuel pump issue a few years ago and it was the wiring connector near the E-brake. I pulled the pump, checked it by running 12v to it and it pumped, so I moved on to the wiring. Welcome, how long have you had the MJs and where are you located? And definitely KEEP BOTH MJs!!!
  13. Got her back today with a 13 inch incision and ~28 sutures.
  14. I've had good results with this, sometimes it takes an application, scraping then reapplication. http://www.jamestowndistributors.com/userportal/woeimages/Engine/8621.jpg
  15. From what I remember when I had mine replaced they used a wire wheel, I think. :hmm:
  16. Thanks guys. Heard back, the surgery went well, her stomach had twisted 270°, no necrotic tissue so no re-sectioning required, they attached it to the abdominal wall to prevent recurrence and found two small masses on her liver (ah, the beer again) that they biopsied. Should get her back on Monday.
  17. Now that's some Yankee ingenuity.
  18. Went to the NHRA Drags yesterday for 1st & 2nd round qualifying. Great day except top fuel dragsters didn't run the 2nd round due to the 10:00pm curfew-no big deal, two track records were set. Got home at ~12:00am, let the dogs out, one starts to bloat!! Took her to emergency (yeah, I know) X-Rays showed gastric torsion. Because of her history of an adrenal tumor, emergency vet was not comfortable doing the surgery, so off to UC Davis we go at 4:00am. Now at home waiting to hear how the surgery went. This is her, maybe it was too much beer.
  19. There's a "latch" on the left side of the fuse box that engages a tab on the side of the chime module. Kind of a pain to get to but once you've done it, it's a lot easier the second time around.
  20. Doesn't the "key in buzzer" only buzz if the driver's seat belt is not engaged? What if the seatbelt wire is disconnected, does that over-ride the buzzer? This way your "headlights on buzzer" will still work (if you have the blue buzzer box at the fuse panel).
  21. I used a rubber mallet, hit the lowest part of the pan on both sides, came off rather easily.
  22. I've been looking, but all the XJs at the yard have had black trim. I was very fortunate to find stainless drip rail moldings off an MJ.
  23. How did the pieces look after you removed the coating but before the sanding? Do you think the adhesive could be removed with a solvent? The reason I'm asking is that I would like chrome side window trim, were all the pieces chrome?
