Interestingly, I found there are two types of lights, on one the back plastic is gray the other yellowish. The gray ones do jot seem to be as fragile. The top one is NOS, tabs never compressed.

Made some lower shock mounts for the camper and installed Monroe 555003 shocks. Probably not the best design but for a camper that gets used maybe a half dozen times a year I think they’re sufficient, especially with using materials just laying around.
