  1. Here is just the electrical manual for your "toolbox".
  2. Just buy them from Spencer at http://jeepsticker.com/
  3. Ahh, Magnum Force, my favorite line. I have a set of SPORTRUCK decals I've now had for two years (since I got the truck painted) that I'm too chicken to put on my truck. :rotf: So I don't know how much "real" help I would be. :dunno: But I'm there for moral support if you need.
  4. Wow, that didn't take long, 8 minutes  Glad to see you're still around!!!
  5. $122 ?? For that plus $75 you could convert the rig to an open cooling system with a new radiator and never worry about a "pressure bottle" again. I just put one of these in my '90, I LOVE it! Now I run just below the 210° mark with no coolant smell in the cab. I plan on putting one in my '89 very soon and the '88 gets one eventually.
  6. Is it the one in this thread? http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=23171

  8. I remember someone wanted the factory headlight wiring for the fog lights.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1984-1990-Jeep-Cherokee-Comanche-headlamp-harness-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem27b158cb64QQitemZ170479111012QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
  9. From the '90 FSM, the '86 parts manual shows the exact same set up.
  10. Which welder do you prefer in general? Mind you, this is for general novice/advanced-novice MIG applications.

  12. According to the '87-'90 parts catalog the sending units have different Part Numbers between the 2.5L & 4.0L. I looked them up at http://www.chryslerpartsdirect.com/ and they are listed separately (not to say they actually have any). Do you have a picture of your old one I can compare to the ones I have? I have two here that I got from an '86 & '87 (?? I think, can't remember) at the JY, however, I don't really know if they work properly. Maybe we can trade the 2.5 for the 4.0?
  13. Pretty close. :clapping: All those hours of watching Mecum and Barrett Jackson came in handy.
  14. It says Crown, don't they make their own stuff?
  15. They recently changed the set up. It now shows recent uploads and if you right click/copy image location and paste you get a small (almost thumbnail) picture. I now have to go into my album and copy the location. Here are examples of the two procedures and results of the same file. However, I don't know if this is the problem you are describing.
  16. I did Herculiner roll-on on the inside of my shell, the finish is rather uneven, the stuff balled up but then again it was 105° when I applied it. I had the bed Line-Xed, I like that much better.

  18. LOVE the radio.
  19. That's for a manual trans. Automatic on the floor: Press button, pull up hard. I find it easier if I put it in 1 and pull towards me.
  20. If you want new lines here are the parts you need that you can get from NAPA. 7151367 from cover to connector 7151366 from connector to air box 7151365 from cover to air box If you want to reconnect the broken ones here's the vac. diagram (4.0L right?):
  21. Just shots then huh? ;)
  22. I hope hornbrod doesn't see this.
  23. Welcome to the club. Here is the '88 Electrical manual http://www.comancheclub.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=9&t=12734, fuse panel is on page 6. Hope someone can help with your other questions.
