  1. For '88-'90 the plates are located on the firewall above the brake boster.
  2. The Jeep '87-'90 parts catalog, what the dealers use(d). The lamps should be available at any auto parts store maybe even at Walmart, just get ones that are ~1.5 inches long with ~0.4 inch diameter.
  3. Check out the sticky: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=872
  4. I thought he posted he was back from basic in mid August. I don't know what's done after that, deployment?
  5. I have two here, one is a 12V7W M8 (made in France) on the left and a 12V10W 7D on the right. I'm not sure of the correct one but both will work (I assume the French made one was stock since the lights are Renault), the '90 parts catalog has it as T3097183. They are just under 1.5 inches overall (~1.45 in, 36.5mm). Image Not Found
  6. The inner ones are for your fog lights, the outer ones are for the brush guard as Eagle stated. Well I just went through the '88 Comanche sales brochure and they show the lights in either position :dunce: , I prefer the outer from these pics. My neighbor's MJ has a brush guard that does mount to the outer holes.
  7. Wade, this is from the '90 FSM, hope it helps.
  8. Check your PMs, I've got some parts for you.
  9. On the block between the #5 & #6 cylinders.
  10. However, not all Pioneers came with bucket seats or AC.
  11. I would defiantly use new ones. On a previous vehicle I broke one getting it out, I was poor at the time so I bought one to replace it. On the install I broke another, had to pull the head back off and then decided to purchase a complete new set. Luckily they broke above the block so a pair of vise grips got them out.
  12. I saw a couple at the local Pick-N-Pull, they had CARS stickers on them and signs that said no engine part could be sold.
  13. How's it coming by the way?
  14. As low as it gets. viewtopic.php?f=7&t=14658 http://www.streetsource.com/Profile.asp ... leID=39205
  15. Revived, thanks for the reminder MiNi Beast.
  16. I think this is a better "191" for this site: Comanche National Bank 100 E Central P.O. Box 191 Comanche, TX 76442 Main Phone: 325-356-2577 Toll Free: 877-888-8262 Fax: 325-356-2752 TeleBank: 325-356-1096
  17. Good to hear another MJ is back on the road but what's "poorly running"?
  18. Thanks Wahoo, I've got a PM out to him.
  19. I know there were a few "detailers" on here, anyone got anything else for me?
  20. You can always try that $100 aluminum bottle I've seen linked in other posts. However, I don't know if it's worth it, is anyone here using it? Edit, found link http://www.macsradiator.com/replacmentj ... tanks.aspx
  21. What do you guys use to clean chrome? I have some Meguiar's Hot Rims Chrome Polish but I think I need something "stronger". I'm trying to remove 20 years of environmental exposure on a bumper. -Thanks. EDIT: The environmental exposure is just oxidation/swirl marks, no rust.
  22. Hang in there Wade, all it needs is a new heater valve, I've seen plastic and metal ones, I would get the metal one. Where exactly is that on 17? P.S. My condolences for the passing of your grandfather.
