I'm still in PA. new fuel pump is working good, even the new starter is nicely working on demand 👌However still under powered for these mtns out here. Slow and steady but progress is being made. Did find a waterhole to swim in and get some much needed relief from the heat. Then Got talked into staying another night. Been quite the adventure thus far. Has been a great time and look forward to the next MJ pow wow.

Good times. Was a blast being able to say I drove to this event. My own ultimate adventure. Met some good guys and gals and had a good time just hanging out and checking out the other rigs. Little bummed about not getting 😕 here sooner though, however glad I came anyways. Got my dash plaques for proof of attendance. Not sure I should be in the unlimited class 🤔 but i do have unlimited break downs. Big Thanks to @Comanchekid45 for helping out with the fuel pump issues and hosting the fellas at his place. Definitely down for next year and as @Pete M saysays, I can get the prevention maintenance done before the trip. So now I found a sending unit and fuel pump about hr away in West Virginia, so turn and burn we are to go pick it up. Be a little easier getting up the hills with a full functional fuel pump. 😎 Break it, fix it and repeat!

Yeah you need to do some grinding and removals of lower control arm brackets and trim a little to get things to fit into what you got going. Its not seemingly that big a ordeal but a pita none the less for a bolt on kit.

Thanks. Back together and made it as all was packing up. All good cause I made it and that was the main goal. And thanks to a good host and a few members, I was able to get a fuel pump swapped in and I shall be climbing hills like factory mjs again. now off to bed eh.

Well took a bit but got it back going and we decided to just get a room to recoup and headed out first thing. Good times to be had a the only jeep event. 220 miles to go.

Winch it straight and run it. Sounds like the factory arms did as they were designed to. If mounts are good yet. Jk mounts didnt do so well. 😔

Little side tracked with the need to replace inner hub bearing.. had much luck with a couple good fellas helping to get old race off the spindle. He saved my day. 220 miles out yet. Leaving early to try to get out there by 11ish. Enjoy the moon light.

Then fix it right, weld on a new bracket.

Closed in and good enough to keep the weather out. late night with some oatmeal for rations and back to city for a few hrs sleep... then thinking 🤔...swapping fuel pump before hit the road...hope ones available..
