Problem with owning more then one jeep, is when you buy parts for one the other dosent get parts. with having to be yanked out a tree well at the dunes, lost the front splash guard on the jk, so to fix this issue and upgrade at the same time, opted for some skid protection for the start of the jk build up. Capable enough for now, skid plate will ease the mind with that added protection. Engine skid is on backorder so await its arrival. Aluminum is light and stronger then plastic. Easy enough to install as well. MJ as always on guard duty protecting the sunflowers 🌻

I have swapped in a 92 ho setup and my fuel reads backwards now. So the more i drive the fuller the tank gets.

Spare tire location under the bed is good spot for air compressor / tank.

For this one surely. Repaint and sell for 20k.

Yeah you will need a spacer or adapter in the rear unless swap rear axle. Woods truck grind away at your own risk, but suggestion would be pick up another set of rims. Hope you didnt spend to much, for about $250 you could have brand new matching set of steels. Other wise cruise the market 👌

Cannot and shouldn't of. Good experience yes but really not worth the effort for just a key. Be amazed what a good locksmith can do for you in that regards.

08 yj? No such jeep. Wrong rims buy proper rims. Aluminum ones look good, run them.

Great post. I'm very appreciative to have you finally a owner and still a jeep driver. And you know this place is great. There are some local members you may run into now that you have an eye for these MJs. very nice project list. Looking forward to following along with your build updates. And in hope of some great action shots with the beauty nature has given us to enjoy. I Like to get out in my rig once and a while.

Aw4 was used and abused and did great for what i put it through. Harness is good just want to clean things up and install things fitting to the drivetrain upgrades
