Check Track bar and mounting hole on axle mount. Side to side movement is bad 👎 check control bushings for excessive wear. Can always rotate tires to verify not a bad belt in tire. Also can check steering gear box mounting at frame rail, spacer plate behind box can break down and allow play there as well. And while there check track bar frame mount as well to ensure bolts are tight. Good luck. 👍

You can get a list of requirements for the tags from their online website site I'm sure. Just be a sensible driver. 👌 Also, width is measured in guidelines. Atv under 54", utv over 54".. which plays into the trail systems accessibility.

Well sounds like adjustments to your new arms would help correct axle placement for sure. The sag may be a matter of a new replacement coil spring isolator. Typically isolator gives about 3/4" lift, however could be a sagging spring. Are the springs newer? Perhaps settling finally, more so could add a coil spacer to accommodate the sag and increase lift on drivers side.
