  1. if someone could take it upon themselves to gather up all of the links you can find (even duplicates of certain books) and put them all together in a single list for a new thread, that would be awesome.

    one fast caddie

If it was you would have seen a build thread. just a random car from the internets.
  4. dang, that is short. we still need to find out what the airbags code means.

are you on a phone or a laptop? if laptop, click on the "choose files". if phone tap on the "click to choose files".
  6. Didn't Don have a nice one from a Buick?
  7. it's not only for Renix. some of Cruiser's tips apply to all MJs (extra grounds for the blower motor and fuel pump for example).
  8. of course it's a slippery slope after that because you'll then need a NOS flare, and a NOS gas cap, and a NOS taillight, and a NOS bumper cap and a...
  9. they do make for fantastic wall art though. and for art, it's cheap. have you seen the price slapped on those Picasso's?
  10. it is OBO. unlike that guy that was firm on wanting a bazillion for his MJ with 1-ton axles. lol
  11. this thread is a great read for new/prospective owners:
  12. most all brake lines should work and be longer. our is short because of the rear prop valve.
  13. it applies to any vehicle with a rear prop valve. I think it's in the link in my sig.
  14. they can be a bit longer than the exact length of the old bolts. but I did that like 15 years ago so I'm not sure of the length I used. let's say the originals were 2", then add a half inch for the head and then another half inch for some slop (the studs go into the block a bit further than the bolts would have)
  15. sorry, 12x18
  16. lots of fullsize trucks have an appropriate line so chances are you'll come across more than one part number.
  17. the letters still have a slight bronze tint to them , but they are all there and not cropped off. I added in one of the last batch to show what happened to them. The outer edge of the new poster might need to be trimmed manually but it all depends on what you plan to do with it. if framed, the frame might cover up the edge just fine. So I'm going to resist cropping them myself unless someone specifically asks me to do that. size is 12x18" $19 shipped. if you'd like one of the previous batch with the slightly cropped letters: $10 shipped. Send me a message with your name/address and if you need any club paraphernalia. I will respond with the club paypal account.
  18. love watching the little wrens managed to catch mama owl with Jr
  19. there's a thread in the Pub
  20. I can stop buying MJs and parts any time I want. I just don't want to.
  21. that's a good idea. I would also do both. good insurance against 30 year old parts. maybe even replace the soft lines too since I would have to bleed everything anyway. oh, and be sure to inspect the condition of the hardlines up above the fuel tank where they like to go bad. don't forget that MJs have a specific brake bleeding procedure.
  22. somewhere in the forums is a thread about "rustiest MJ". you should add your new acquisition.
  23. added it to the registry.
