  1. general spring has some stock packs. car-part.com might be able to find you some junkyard packs

  3. are the rockers and cab corners straight? I've gotten pretty good at removing them. not that I'm looking to drive many hours for them at this moment in world history. but it's good to know where they are

  8. most of the missing ones either shattered because I was hand-drilling at a weird angle and it caught and snapped (always wear safety glasses!), or the corner chipped right out. in fact the one I used today had a missing corner but the remaining was in great shape so I cut out a single string of chips.

I'm down to about half of my original cobalt steel drill bits (purchased over 20 years ago) so I figure it's time for a new set of bits that when you open the box a light shines out and the angels sing. anyone got a set that they just rave about? looking for bits that easily take on stainless and other hardened steels.

    my ratcheting wrenches are stubbies. I figure I'm never going to put a huge amount of force on them and I figured I'd go with the short ones so it'll fit in more places. worth every penny

  20. well, it hasn't sold for 100 bucks. I mean, I can ask a grand for mine but that doesn't make it true.
  21. yup, at that point I'd have to make a determination if ubolts or a new yoke is the easiest path. and if I got a new yoke, I'd probably still drill it out and go with the little ubolts.
