  1. oh, and I guess I should ask for the gold coin too.
  2. @scaleless can you crop this one too? PocketsEmptied's image keeps saving as small and/or out of round compared to the others.
  3. certainly could be the starter giving up the ghost. how old are your battery cables?
  4. backspacing matters.

well, that explains the grey buckets, full console, and carpet. someone for sure upgraded their truck at some point. I'd guess that goes for the mirrors too.
  7. handmedown trucks are just the best. they have a real sense of history attached.
  8. that sounds like a fun little build ya got planned.

man that thing was hit haaaaarrrrrrd. so hard that the bucket seat frames were visibly tweaked. I grabbed the covers though. those mirrors do not have the inner braces. curious if the build sheet shows anything. I salvaged all I could of the dark blue interior. a lot was cracked apart in the accident.
  10. 31s will work without trimming. and will rob less power.
  11. technically no, but you must use stock rims (or else the tires get pushed into the flares while turning) and it's a good upgrade to add in WJ lower arms to handle any rubbing. also, not all 31s are actually the same size so it's possible that the larger ones might not fit without some minor rubbing.
  12. there are dozens of ways for water to get in. do make sure you test after plugging the most obvious hole.

  14. you should probably pick one then.
  15. the new target area has expanded east.

    mmmmmmmmmmm,.....
  18. just keep in mind that it's an old truck with an old engine. don't expect any miracles. below 2500 is your torque, above 2500 is your horsepower. use the big handle to your right to get the engine where it wants to be.
  19. scratches can happen as the corrosion breaks free and then gets ground into the surface. think of this as polishing rather than a cleaning. gotta use a light touch. next up would probably be a soft cloth to try and buff the scratches out. maybe done with a true polishing compound this go around.
  20. I could feel it in your post that you wanted something less than the best. but I had to suggest it anyways.
