Found this on the '88's windshield this morning.

Lol. I have had a couple folks approach me at the gas station about LR. Told them not for sale. I knew they would use it as a work truck and take it down to Mexico. A discount tire employee asked me once if I was selling and told him I had too much time and money invested to sell. He probably just wanted a Jeep. 

 

That note reads like one one of those staked into the ground signs that says “I buy houses in any condition”.

that was my exact thought!  It almost looks like a generic note that he had printed out by the hundreds.

A few weeks ago someone stopped by and asked my wife if it was for sale, even the garbage man asked her once and I've had several random cars stop and ask me if the "Jeep" is for sale, not mentioning Comanche. You would think if someone sees three of the same old truck it's a collection and not for sale, especially when they have matching license plates.

When I drive my J10 around, I get people asking me if I want to sell it.

 

I put it up for sale and put a price on it and everyone vanishes.

I had the MJ parked at my dad's for a while with the move. He sells cars and people always ask about it. 

 

Funny thing is when you actually start taking cash people disappear. Like they just want me to give it to them.

I don’t feel very special. Outside of the CC, nobody has ever commented on mine. 
 

Only thing close to this was I had a note put on the windshield of the CJ. It said that he had a 401 he would sell. I don’t know what was wrong with me . Should have jumped on it.

I have people asking to buy mine, and I just tell them its not for sale, but for $20,000 cash its yours.   Funny when people see it and they say, you don't see a Comanche everyday. I reply to them, I do.

Someone left this on on my 89 MJ while parked at Costco.  People with stop as ask if the 89 or 87 are for sale here.  Many of the younger crowd have never seen them before.

had a guy stop by the house yesterday and ask if I was willing to sell the half-a-jeep and cap.   nope!
