well, technically they might be illegal being they are unapproved lights in an unapproved location, but I can't see a cop pulling him over during the holidays. :D but running them on a mid-summer's night might pique some interest. :rotfl2:

I just threw it together with stuff I had laying around as kind of a joke. A way to arouse some looks from the normals. :roll:

I don't "penetrate" anything when I do mine, they make plastic clips that fit the contour of the gutter perfectly, and have a loop for the light strand on them.
