I swapped the wheels & tires on my 2WD MJ. I plan to convert it to 4WD and do a 2" lift. I thought I'd throw these on, take a picture to use for "inspiration" and then take them off. It surprised me that they actually work without rubbing!

245/75R/16's with no lift ...

I had the same trouble when finding wheels to fit my Eliminator.  The cap in the center of the hub sticks out so far you can't put a center cap on the wheels.  I love the MOABs and they look great on your truck!

Thanks.   I wasn't too worried about the plastic caps.   I have MOAB wheels on all of my Jeeps and actually prefer them without.

walked over and set the new (to me) throttle body and linkage on the hood.   maybe later in the week I can actually replace the stuck parts and get her running again. :D

I took lots of measurements for my flatbed build.

What's wrong with your old box?  If it's still decent, sell it to somebody in need.

And share whatever you build for a flatbed.  I do like flatbeds.

Front leaf conversion in progress?

Yes, but you can replace the brake dust cap so it looks better.

No I haven't done a build thread here, but I have on another site. I have lots of 4clydiner parts and 2wd parts for sell I'll post them when I get the post count to post in the for sell section.

The box I in decent shape with a few dents and some surface rust where is it dented and scratched. Its a Short box. The tailgate is the worst shape of it all but there isnt any rot in the bed. I'm in Va so if anyone needs it I'll get more pics.

I will start a build thread here.

Put ACOS on the MJ to level out the front. Added about 2" also swapped over some quick discos, BPE and shocks form my recently departed XJ.

31” tall and 9.6” wide. Nice stance. I’m looking for a ride or something to drive west from the Tricities, Tennessee area so I can get back to work on mine. I have sort of decided to keep the beater with 4.0L and convert to automatic then sell my ‘87 Shortbox MJ which is in nice shape except the 2.5 sucks up oil.

I have to get my place ready to live in by the first of the month.

Or do like I did and swap to the newer knuckles! Makes brake rotors much easier to find, too! I got a front 2wd axle out of a 98 XJ for 50$. People practically give them away around here because everyone wants 4wd.

Is that a Grumman? I had an old 19 footer for years and loved it.   :beerchug:  Sold it a few years ago and got a more stable Alumacraft 14' so I could bring the dogs occasionally..

It’s a black river canoe, roughly 18-19’. Would love to trade it eventually for a 12-14’ just for the easier one man handling.

Sanded it and painted it this afternoon.

Rewired the b pillar to some ebay lights, spliced into those for some power for the vanity mirror lights on the sunvisors.  Proceeded to swear at new headliner from sms due to the fact its a pain to install a headliner with one person >_<
