Got off my rear and created a real OP with some info on myself and my operation. Added an order form, and... All limited warranties have been retroactively extended from one month to six months from the date of delivery. Going forward, all radios will come with owner's manuals, and the warranty described in the first post.

Rear cargo area lights from the boxy S10 blazer work too. That's what I have on my 89. I have the Euramtecs on the 91. Both required about the same amount of trimming and I'm pretty sure you could interchange them after you trimmed for one. The Blazer lights seem a bit brighter than both the Euramtec and OEM. The Blazer lights have a convenient switch on them instead of turning the bezel. Euramtec in the top right corner: Blazer (credit to schardein for the idea)

Comanche? You are asking this on CC after all. Tundras are very nice trucks. That's what I would go with too. Do these have the frame rust problem, or was that just the Tacoma?

It's real. A small amount of water through the intake will clean an engine. I mean, don't go dumping a gallon jug of water into your engine, but it's literally like steam cleaning your engine. Ever seen a teardown of an engine with a blown head gasket where coolant was leaking into the cylinders? One or two cylinders are always super, super clean.

The MJ is too slab sided for it all to be one color without having some accents IMO. Wonder if the Jeep designers thought so too, and if that's why such a huge percentage of MJs had some sort of stripe package.

I believe the trim on XJs is very similar, at least in profile. I have a set of Sport moldings with the red stripe and a set of all-black Pioneer moldings, and they look the same except for color. You could probably get pretty close by cutting the XJ pieces to size if you can't find the genuine article. Of course, the fender and door pieces from the XJ are the same as the MJ.

I'm with Bo. I think he got his point across just fine but just fix it. The end links are not hard to replace. You might think you'll be ok, right up until you need to make an evasive maneuver at speed. They put those things on for a reason.

Those are for the front door outers. "4 door and truck" means that it's for the 4-door XJ and MJ doors. The 84-96 seals do not reach all the way to the mirror. Both the inner and outer stop at the vent window, and the gaskets for the vent window take over from there.

The ones I bought were cut too short and left gaps at both ends of the seals. I know the OEM have a slight gap, but this is just a little much for a brand new part. I have wind noise from them now that goes away any time I put my arm up on the door. The outers never really seated properly in their clips and tended to either pop up or sink down into the door. I'm done with aftermarket parts unless I have absolutely no other option.

Mopar P/Ns are 55005302 and 55005303 if you don't care to give Team Cherokee any money. The aftermarket ones are inexcusable garbage and you will have gaps if you use them.

Hmmm... The testers have been chosen. Instructions have been sent to them. Unfortunately I couldn't pick everyone (I picked three of you), and I pulled two of the three names out of a hat. The third has a prior agreement with me, so was automatically part of the testing.

Try the upper hose. The upper hose temp should be roughly equal to the coolant passing through it.

My MT2500 reports engine RPM. I'd imagine your Actron probably does too.

NTK aren't perfect either. Just had to replace mine after about 10,000 miles. It got stuck high.

This is my thought. If I'm reading correctly the 6spd overdrive isn't that high. A real effort towards soundproofing with mass loaded vinyl completely changed the feel of my truck, to the point where the only thing I can hear in the cab at 70 is the wind, which a full set of OEM weatherstripping ought to fix.
