If those are vinyl they might melt if the lights are on long enough. I've seen Marchal fog light covers that were melted.

Boostwerks Engineering also makes one, is one better than the other? -
'86 are different but from what I remember they will fit any long bed. They changed in '87 when the SWB came out so the same mounts can be used for both.

The military wrap has the second leaf also wrap around the front bushing to form the eye, see the picture above. It just makes the spring stronger in the front portion.

Well I've seen some crappy American build quality. Thanks for all the input guys, I found some of those threads after the group buy was mentioned. Just wanted opinions after several years of use.
