    Yes, but in areas that have SMOG testing, the vehicle will not pass if emission parts are altered, at least here in CA.

    One of ours is a red Australian Cattle Dog (aka red heeler), great dog, smart and has amazing driving/herding instincts!

    Also if the top is already all the way in it will slightly angle the shock making it a little more difficult.
