cut out floor pans and welded in some new ones (it was my first time welding, I know its ugly lol) -
In the process of cutting one of my rear fender mounts for my dirtbound armor, I cut a little higher than the pinch weld and I am wondering if it can be rewarded to. I should have just gone the fold fold method. but I'm not sure how to access the top bolts for the armor with the inner wheel well in the way edit: just noticed this is from 2009. I'm sorry guys

Probably the most anticipated update. I got the @DirtBound Fender flare and armor set from another member here on the forums @ScottJeep. I was a nervous wreck having to drill holes into the comanche but I say it was worth it. Still need to cut out the original factor flare mounting hole to make it look right and finish it off. This picture of above has captivated me and I cannot stop looking at it, I fell in love with this truck all over again. I need to cut out the wheel wells so I can properly mount the 36s for some proper pictures. -

On top of that got new turn signal and marker light lenses I used plastidip smoke to dull them a little because they looked off on the jeep when they were really shiny and reflective Got a new set of seat brackets from @krustyballer16 Still have lots to do such as installing insulation and a headliner, seat belts, a new floor pan, parking break cables and such -

No worries lol, good stuff takes time -
That comanche is beautiful. How do you like the e-lockers?
-
That look beautiful! I love the look, definitely have to get a new steering wheel on mine.

Just crossed checked with rock auto and the cables are too long, the ones I have are 54" and the ones on rock auto are listed at 51.75". Glad you brought this up and glad I checked. Returning the longer ones and going to order the ones from rock auto.

I ordered parking brake cables from JCWhitney and I was installing them on my truck but they seem to long. I tightened the metal piece that's under the bed and it doesn't seem to take up enough slack. Would it have something to do with the 8.25 that I swapped in?

Hey guys, I think my harmonic balancer is going bad. I am not sure if I am calling the part the right thing but I am talking about the big pulley at the bottom of the serpentine belt routing for the 2.5l. Are there any tip to go replacing this?
-
I asked because they came out nice. Mine have like some stuff on it and I wasn't sure how I was to go about cleaning them and polishing them
-
Anyone replace just one gauge? Or convert one? My speedo/odometer haven't worked and I'm not sure if my cable is broken or not. I was thinking of converting it to a gps speedo. Is that even possible

Well I am keeping eyes on this because I am interested if its a possibility -
I am possibly going to go. I am currently in Gainesville, my jeep is in Miami and I would probably be working in St. Cloud come around Jeep beach. If I have my jeep with me I would love to go and meet fellow members
