  7. Well something I have used a few times is a tarp and good set of lights on a stand. Great first build you have here. Love seeing the progress you are accomplishing on your Jeep Comanche MJ. Look forward to more details and pictures as you progress in this new adventure. Enjoy good sir.
  8. I had one on those once. Actually one of the power steering bolts right now.
  9. Right on. Thanks for sharing your experience. I like the flooring idea. I have a stock used shifter boot for console. As Ill be going that yj boot style no console look. Not sure but I can't say that vinyls for the headliner be good if have a good shell. I may go that route myself, easy clean up with a finished appeal. Sweet luxurious dreams!
  10. don't forget the bolt in the header..
  11. Good progress indeed.
  12. Heck yeah. Was a nice ride. Good deal as I would of got double that around here. Congrats on the quick sale though. You saved a home.
  13. Digging that cup holder.
  14. Not that they are trying to shut you down per say, more like remembering the practical reasons why you won't see "small batches" produced as its been a long haul for the taillight repo and they still not a "complete unit". Tool and die in means of manufacturing is a costly game and furthermore these "small batches" would be more cost then the demand would pay for. And not to mention the liability insurance and other over head for a big company hit or miss, small company perhaps more feasible if had the proper permissions and rights to be able to do so. Now small local "custom" shop or person even can produce your desired product. Lots of skilled professionals and local to you even that can produce your needs. Question then is are you willing to pay. Again someone has to pay to produce. Always someone to step up if there's someone willing to pay. I used xj filler hose, and some instock rubber hose for vent.
  15. Are you going to paint the gas tank though?
  16. Honestly, pick up those $15 pucks and install those and enjoy.
  17. Not for me, as its not that I forget what I have, but more rather where its at. Like that missing bolt that I know I have, just a matter of what drawer or bucket I had seen it.
  18. Yeah thats so you can hear it and not forget its behind you.
  19. Sharp. So how does it tow?
  20. Love to see some updates on this monster mj.
  21. My shop is in my jeep. Single tool box has all i need to get most repairs done. Lifted the jeep high enough no need a lift and use to doing repairs trail side or in parking lots, so no need for a specific shop with lift. And I'm a fan of zip screws as I have a drill and no welder. So most my "shops" are typically short term use. One day perhpas a barn to fit in and maybe repaint the rig..
