Awe yes, that has been a issue for me before. Easy enough to check them as well.
-
Are you going to check and perhaps retorque the head bolts then.?
-
Be happy to get some measurements, however my rig has been custom for a good while now so my numbers won't help.

Due to retorque leaf spring u bolts. They were quite loose and since I wheeled it once it is time to double check and retorque to 80ft#s. Ok well time to replace wheel hub seal yet again. all good. Checking things over and changing out diff fluid as well and reseal cover. Oh my what did I find.... appears my retainer bolt backed out and dropped in the case and the magnet seemed to save me from some serious grindage. left me a ring of good luck it seems. well I reckon I fish the metal parts out and put it back together. Couple more days and northern bound for the next couple moons. -
I love and swear by the universal shiney air bubbles type. Bought one at Wally world for $5. found one with flower print on side of road and picked up and still use it today. Both fit width good but are a bit tall so fold it down to future and open the visors to hold against the top. I have come to love the cooling it provides in the summer by at least 20* minimum. And if wasn't for these cheap and convenient addition to any Jeep Comanche, I would not have survived the hot Arizona sun not having any a/c at all. Nor the UP winter's where these also help with keeping warm cab air in and cold air out when you have to spend a overnight in the cramp cab of the MJ. I like the bench but way better with at least one door off to stretch the legs out. . Pick up your flavor and don't give it a second thought. Perfect way to protect dash from the hot sun for sure.

I'm wondering about the temp sensor. Now...? do you even have one? Have you tried to clean up the IAC yet? If unplug it does it do anything? -

That's real sharp. Little less fruity 😋 I want you doors for the MJ, you ready to swap them out yet?
-
Well you need all the parts mainly, so find a 4x4 Cherokee that's decent or body junked out or something, then take everything out side by side and then install all the 4x4 stuff in your rig. Then create your own video version and they you have your own YouTube channel and in time you get money to buy more parts 😂

Sounds like you said perhaps to much fuel perhaps you installed the float upside down in the rebuild..
