it certainly looks driving down the street but the blue interior, peugeot and dana 35 might hold you back from the big bucks.

cherokees have a foot shorter driveshaft and so the angles are more steep than MJs. BUT, you could still have some minor vibes from the simple change in operating angle. a well-worn Ujoint doesn't like that. don't regear a dana 35. find a better axle (44, 8.25, 8.8) and invest you money into that.

91 was the first wrangler year that got the fuel injected 4.0. I think the 2.5 was injected 87-90? old Jeeps are old Jeeps. if you care for them, they will take care of you. the big problem is POs who don't care enough to bother. whatever you do, don't buy a rusty wrangler.

well, I'm glad I took the time to wash them as I've found some previously unseen flaws. a bit of bondo on one, a bit of rust in another, and a wren's nest in a third. fantastic. and I've been crunching the numbers and I don't think beds alone will make this fly. gas alone could easily top a grand if I do a longer route (for example wisconsin and pennsylvania). so I'll start digging through the barn for other items I'll never want to ship: seats, rockers, carpet, headliners, etc. but I might need to limit myself to 4 beds in order to have space for other items (stacking them horizontal gives cargo space, transporting them vertically does not). but of course that cuts into the bottom line. and I still haven't figured out how to do any of this in a fair manner. I have a feeling some guys are going to be upset with me no matter what I do.

if you want a true pass-through, ya gotta get creative there's a guy in Mexico that's installing a ford explorer sporttrac rear window (and the associated sheetmetal). pretty sure it rolls all the ways down in the Ford. he just didn't show that.

the earlier years have a lot of missing info. the real sheet is much longer, even for base trucks. but a basement flood ruined a ton of paperwork before it could get into Chrysler's computers. our hope is that someday we can piece together the majority of it if we get enough trucks' printouts.

usually it's a mouse nest and the blower motor resistor card coming into contact. the blower resistors get super hot and can set crap on fire in a hurry.
