you don't have to limit yourself to XJ seats. the junkyard is full of comfy buckets that can be adapter with some simple 1x1 steel tube. the floor brackets on your bench are identical to the floor brackets on the buckets. just cut them off the seat and reuse them.

oh, and on the Disney front, get your dining reservations as soon as you can. 60 days out for ADRs (at least i think that's the time frame), and as soon as you enter the park for other eateries. you'll use the app to pick a timeslot for later that day and order your food, then wait until your time has arrived to say "I'm here" and then they make your food. it takes a bit of getting used to (ordering your dinner at 9am is still weird) but I love it now. you can use the app to change your timeslot of need be.

not a thing has occurred with the Libby but the battery dying and getting recharged. maybe later this week I'll fire it up and let it warm up before taking it on a trip around the block. having your trans lock up and stall the engine is a pretty scary thing and now I'm a little gun shy.

also, it's possible I would want less braking in the back when pointed down hill. there'd be less weight on those tires.

don't drop the pitman unless you're also dropping the trackbar. those angles need to stay close to each other. the front is all identical to an XJ, so their tech is our tech. but yeah, the debates will always rage on since there are many ways to skin the proverbial cat. your tech questions will get more eyeballs if you put them into the Tech forum.
