Curious tho where they got an 8.5 axle from cause I thought those only came with the V6-inline.

PCO6 Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 That's about as bizarre as it gets. The double hitch receivers is a nice touch though.

Pete M Posted February 9, 2020 Author Posted February 9, 2020 my best guess is that the cab was in an accident and this was the best they could do with what they had on hand. or meth. lots of meth.

Smokeyyank Posted February 25, 2020 Posted February 25, 2020 So this is a thing and yes that's a MJ upfront...... I have no idea WTF you'd do with a XJ tub? Maybe throw the kids in back https://denver.craigslist.org/cto/d/aurora-1988-jeep-comanche/7080724821.html
derf Posted February 25, 2020 Posted February 25, 2020 On his Facebook post he calls it a camping trailer. It's probably converted into a flat sleeping area with maybe some room for gear. The 35" tires on a Dana 35 would make me a bit skittish about buying it.

Well some one better buy it before he turns it into a tow behind Hot Tub....
MJCARENA Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 To me he has the wrong gears for 35's. 4.88 or 5.18 would be better off-road. Then the Dana 35 issue also.

Smokeyyank Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 Put down the hand saw. Bummer the MJ is wrecked but maybe it's in a better place.

Don't diss the wooden bumper. My MJ is rocking one. It was meant to be a temporary thing to pass inspection, but as everyone knows "nothing is as permanent as a temporary solution that works." It definitely makes for a nice conversation starter.
mjeff87 Posted March 2, 2020 Posted March 2, 2020 #woodenbumpersrule I rocked one on my MJ too for a little while. Even spray painted it black to make it look factory. It actually passed VA safety inspection one year, lol.
